Yay for my Up & Go. Can't live without them :)

If you can't live without Up and Go you have serious dietary issues, such a rubbish product

      • I can measurably feel chubbier if have them too regularly. Convenient as though.

        • I used Up and Go 250ml drinks as meal replacements for 2 meals of the day for a couple of months. I actually lost weight by using this method, plus combined this with regular exercise. Now I drink them for breakfast while I get everything else ready in the morning.

        • Interesting, how much weight did you lose? Wonder if the weight will come back once you revert back to your normal diet..?

        • It was a slow weight loss over several months. I only lost 4-5 kg during the time. Being such a slow loss I probably would have keptthe weight off provided I was sensible about what I ate after starting to eat again. My plan was to lose some weight to increase the chances of me getting pregnant and to negate some of the weight gained during pregnancy. The strategy worked.

I only use the Up and Go now as a meal replacement for breakfast, I wouldn't use it in addition to a meal as I think it would add too much sugar intake to the day.

      • FYI whey protein concentrate provides a much healthier (and cheaper alternative to Up and Go. Scoop in a shaker in the morning with some skim milk and off you go.

If you want to find the local high school just follow the trail of empty Up & Go's littering the ground. Lazy kids FTW!

        • I don't want to find the local high school.

Crazy Clark's have the 6-pack Up&Go Energize (Vanilla) for $2.99 from Thursday 10th October. Cheapest I've ever seen. I'm gonna stock up.

  • I bought some Up & Go 3 packs today and they scanned as $1.90 each.

  • I was hoping for more half price skype cards so thanks heaps op :-)
They really ought to have told me by some sort of flybuys promotion though because once I'm there I don't bother trawling anywhere else. Off there tomorrow anyway. As for energy drinks…..eat something. ;-)
