The item in this deal looks to be of much better quality than the brackets in your link. I have previously bought fully articulated brackets for under $40 and have not been satisfied with the results. The last one was from www.selby.com.au and looks very similar to the ones in your link. The main issue I have with the cheap option is that it is almost impossible to mount the TV perfectly horizontal. This is because it is very hard to drill holes in masonry with the required precision and even if you manage to do that the brackets low build quality will make the TV lean left or right. The problems are more pronounced the bigger/heavier the TV. The second issue is that the joints/articulations are not smooth and do not have consistent tension from one joint to the other i.e. one joint is loose while the other two are tight which means that adjusting the TV position requires more effort than it should.
