I have the Romoss Power Bank. Build quality seems quite good, however i seriously doubt it has 10,400mah. It only charges my Nexus 4 from 0 - 100% 3 times.

  I got one of these too and ya your charge capacity sounds about right. Mine charges htc one 3 times from about 5%. Apparently we have to factor in the conversion loss or something. But it is a very solid battery, build quality is 9/10

  My 3rd party data cables still charge in ios7. It only gives me a warning but still charges. The warning says 'this cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this Iphone'.
