Paradise Resort, Gold Coast. 3 Nights for $318 Plus Waterpark & Kids Club Entry

40

Have been looking for somewhere fun and kid friendly to stay next year and I came across this, it looks like a pretty good deal and the resort looks like fun, there is a water park, kids playground adventure land, kids club, ice skating etc, our kids are super excited.

There is a booking fee of $4, so in total it cost me $322 for 3 nights in February.

Hopefully someone will find this useful.

  • Just got back from there last week. Couldn't get a full weeks accommodation at the Marriott so ended up splitting it up between the two. The children loved this place so much they didn't want to leave. I highly recommend getting one of the newly refurbished rooms.

    • Good to hear, I always worry that it won't be as good as the pictures look!

      • When I booked my accommodation I used the code DRE01 and received a further 10% off

  • My friends just stayed there with their two kids (4 & 6). They said it was excellent value and the kids loved it.

  • Friends recommended against staying there a couple of years back… Very run down rooms and not very clean… We went to Turtle Beach Resort instead and had an awesome time…

That's why I paid extra and went with the newly refurbished rooms. The room I was in was clean. I recommend you give this place a go next time JV. And the Zagames restaurant onsite is excellent. Great food and great variety. They had no problem at all catering for my daughter's egg and nut allergies.

      • I'll look into it further next time we go, but it'll be hard not to go to Turtle Beach because of our experience there…. But if it's not available or too expensive, I'll check out Zagames…

    Pack your Kevlar vest………

  • I stayed there in august with my 9 year old. We paid $400 for 3 nights, breakfast, kids club and ice skating. The unrefurb rooms were smelly and dirty. My daughter hated the kids club and refused to go back. I would not recommend this hotel for families with older kids (6+). I have been to turtle beach and will be going there next time.

    • Refurb rooms?
Going there in a few weeks time.
Paid $1200 for 5 nights(Superior Resort Room with aqua view) but also a family dreamworld 3 day world pass included.

      Edit:
Our Superior Resort Rooms are newly refurbished hotel style rooms located on various floors in Captain's Quarters. An upgrade to an aqua view room is available for an additional fee.

      • The aqua view rooms are the ones which face towards the pool. They are a little bit noisier
