First they cancel my order and say i requested it. Then they call me and offer me the $334 laptop for $650. And Now im Still waiting for refund and ive emailed them multiple times.

Actually that's utter bullshit. No company is in anyones pockets here especially not Lenovo.
I had huge issues with my e320 randomly switching off. Tooks months and months of calls, multiple replacements, used lead_org's contacts, social media, OzBargain's contacts, with no avail. While they are very polite, they are possibly the worst company when it comes to service. They finally sent me a new high speced computer (which is great) and also forgot about the broken one (meh).
But back to the point. Your negative vote is invalid (not to mention incorrect and offensive). "Lenovo in the mods pockets" is not a valid reason.

As much as people are butt hurt by the pricing error fiasco, they would still buy lenovo if they were the cheapest.

Bad customer service, lack of timely response and lack of timely refund when cancelling orders.
I'd hate to have to deal with Lienovo if something went wrong, all I get is automated email responses to questions…
How do I know that the deal is real this time? Consider they can come back to you with the statement "That was a price error"? Does a company that does not honor their pricing worth to look at?
I would not trust them again, and would not buy from a company that cancels orders and then tries to say that we all requested. No deal.
Can't comment on customer service issues as I have never purchased a Lenovo new, but I bought a pair of 5 year old ThinkPad's at an auction for stuff-all 2 years ago and they are indestructable. One is my outside laptop for noisy games and online viewing of un-televised footy; it has copped beer, water, coffee, burning cigarettes and drunken stumbles amongst other things and never misses a beat. I will certainly be looking at the same brand with its solid construction if it ever needs replacing.
Lol that was still an IBM nearly, a lot has changed at Lenovo since IBM stopped doing the support. The support stopped approx 1-2 years ago. It hasnt been the same since.

Poor customer service, unreliable pricing. Reps confirm prices but then they get recalled later. Authenticity of deal in doubt.

Butthurt about past deals aside, this just isn't cheap. I'm horrified by the price difference between Lenovo US and Aus, with coupons a T430 starts at about $630 over there..here it's more like $1200
