      I think if you are NEW member and making your 1st purchase, that "Redeem Promo Code" field is disabled.

    Wouldn't trust this mob with a cent of my money. Have had to take them to the ACCC before to get a refund on a holiday that the company they were using cancelled. Horrible at basic communication too.
