Terms and conditions

This promotion is open to members that receive an invitation email directly from Cashrewards and successfully activate the offer using the Cashrewards account that corresponds to the email address that received the invitation (“Eligible Entrants”). To qualify for the $5 bonus, Eligible Entrants must shop online using a Cashrewards platform between 25 February 2025 12am AEDT and 28 February 2025 11:59pm AEDT (“Promotional Period”) with a minimum spend of $20 (incl. GST) (Qualifying Purchase). Any Qualifying Purchase made within the Promotional Period will be counted towards receiving the bonus. A Qualifying Purchase excludes an ineligible item as set out in the merchant special terms, or if the item has a 0% cashback rate at time of purchase. Bonus will be approved within 7 days of any associated qualifying purchase being approved, as per the terms of the store. Cashrewards Terms of Use apply to the use of the Cashrewards platform and any associated purchase. Bonus is limited to one per Cashrewards account and is over and above the advertised store cashback rates which still apply to the transaction. Additional transactions do not qualify for additional bonuses. Fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

      GST is specifically included. No mention of shipping, just requires a $20 purchase on items with >0 % cashback. In CR T&Cs. I suspect shipping is included but if in doubt ask them.

    Haven't used CR for a year or so but started again recently, but last 2 purchases not gone smoothly. This is after a 100% hit rate. Something changed over there?

      I've found they've improved in the last 12 months. No more questioning did you do this, do that etc if a purchase isn't tracked….just a promise to sort it out, which was done.

    Activated the email offer. Then, I bought a $20 Bunnings gift card in the CR app.
    Now, it shows 40c (2%) pending with approval next week and $5 'promotional bonus' pending, with approval on 26 May. 😜

    we both got targeted, unfortunately for some reason my husband's purchase was tracked through my Cashrewards, even though he was signed into his account. (did my order, signed out of my account, signed into his account and then made his purchase through his BWS account….was wondering why there was no click history for him…..email came to me for his purchased tracked) We had to do the purchase again and will have to cancel the first order through BWS

      Yep, it happened to me before as well. Apparently a technical/intentional glitch to do with cookies etc. and it's CR's problem.

    3% cashback on Ultimate Everyone Gift Card (works on The Good Guys, JB Hi-Fi and Officeworks), 4% on JB Hi-Fi, 5% on IKEA.
    Ultimate and JB Hi-Fi does not have $20 preloaded card like IKEA has but the $20 amount can be entered.
