This is free tickets to the Mazda Opera in the Bowl on Sat 23 Nov 2013 at 7:30pm. I think you can get up to 8 tickets for free :) Click the event on Nov 23rd then select tickets and voila.

Usually the seats in the stalls go on sale later, for I think around $60-80? For the price, I am willing to sit on the lawn in the Melbourne Summer. :)Good work robbo452!

Nah, Melbourne built a replica of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House because they envied Sydney so much.

btw, for those people that miss out this time round, its worth noting that you'll have another chance to get tickets later in the year, as the Opera Australia website states that:
"Tickets will be released in two stages. First release: 11 September, second release: 1 November."

There's ~6 free concerts per year; That's the condition Kenneth Myer made for Arts Centre Meblorune to administrate the bowl.
