FFIT Members must attend one 45 minute induction session held every Monday of the FFIT Holidays period between 11-3pm (Suburban) or 9-11am & 2-4pm (CBD). An additional induction session will be run on Wednesday of the first week only.
To book in to the FFIT Induction drop in to your local club one week prior to the commencement of FFIT Holidays in your State. The reception team will give you a date and time for your Induction. We suggest you go in to the club before the start date to get your preferred day and time for the FFIT Induction. Inductions booked during the FFIT Holidays period may not be the preferred day and time and you may be required to come back on another day to complete the induction.
The FFIT Member may only receive the FFIT Holidays Membership Card once they have attended the Induction and their Pre-Ex Questionnaire has been signed by the Personal Training Manager. FFIT Members 16 yrs and over will be required to do an extra 20 minutes of the induction to learn about the weights and strength equipment.
These Holidays we are also excited to be able to offer our FFIT Members the opportunity to taste test personal training with our PT Triple pack (3 x 30min training sessions). These are available to purchase when signing up at the club for FFIT Inductions.
Once the FFIT Member has completed the Induction they will receive a membership card that will be valid until the end of the school holiday dates specified on the membership card. The Membership card must be worn around the neck (the Fitness First club will supply a lanyard) at all time whilst in the club.
They will be able to gain access to the one club throughout the holidays on their own. Please note that they will not be supervised and will have access to the Group Fitness classes at the club. Children under the age of 16yrs are not to use the free weights or strength equipment. It is also recommended that children not be left at the gym any longer than one hour at a time.
