this is how our Whirlpool plans compare in case you are interested
http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2098157Why aren't these plans on siptalk.com.au?
They are specifically for our whirlpool customers, however you can signup at http://siptalk.com.au/offer-plan.php?whirl#
$4.95 per month for DID, you have to be joking…
most VOIP providers do $5 per year…
This is a free trial.
You do not have to pay if you do not want to continue to use their service. If you are a Whirlpool member, I think they do it for like $6 a year. Not sure you need to check that Whirlpool link.
Thanks. Have received the voucher within minutes of emailing.
Have you checked out our untimed call rates?
The difference between using overseas companies is that they use 3rd tier, I believe SipTalk uses tier 1 carriers. In any case my call quality has been superb using them. Have not had any call quality issues.
Looks good, but for my international calling, the rates are not competitive.
I have a free DID, on a PAYG plan with a different provider.Hi Rep
Do you have a instruction/guide how I can use your service from my phone (iOS/Android)?
Is there any app?Hi there should be a link to the pdf setup guide in your registration email. Most people use Zoiper.
iOS - Media5 in Apple app store (Free or Paid version)
Android - CSipSimple in Google Play Store (Free)

the plans show that we need to be on a plan before we get only 20c off?
it seems on a free plan it is 40c unlimited?
but you say it is:
''Pay As You Go rates include 10c flat rate to anywhere in Australia and 20c for 50 countires overseas for As Long As You Want!''the plans and your advice are not the same. why?
''Pay As You Go rates include 10c flat rate to anywhere in Australia and 20c for 50 countires overseas for As Long As You Want!''
Can I ask where this is from please?
Please note vouchers are not valid with any of the Whirlpool, monthly or PAYG 2 plans. Only with the PAYG plan. Thanks
The problem when I access your website is I can't find where it allows me the user to select "PAYG" plan to use the $5 voucher.
I have emailed detailed instructions.
The link you provided https://www.siptalk.com/signup/Step1.aspx is not our company?
If I want to get an inexpensive, simple little adaptor, to hook up a regular land line phone to the modem, to use SIP, what devices do you suggest?
This model is very popular.

We also sell the Minitar on our website.
If I went on the SIP Whirlpool plan, how much would the minitar be?
http://siptalk.com.au/wp-shop/index.php?module=shop&action=v…Would the minitar be locked to Siptalk?
If I have a DID with another VOIP provider, are you able to transfer that number to yourselves (and then I'd pay you the annual DID)
Do you guys have an android / iphone app.
I use another voip provider called Nymgo it's on all the platforms and has decent call quality + Competitive rates.
do you have a purchase a DID?
edit: never mind, it is optional
