      1 is Optus Branding and 1 is Unbranded.

      Which means when you boot up the phone 1 will show an Optus logo as it is Optus branded and 1 will not as it is Unbranded.

      They can only match the advertised price of $728 not the discounted price. However they should give you 5% off that price which will be at $691.60. Not sure if this is the case.

      Mobileciti? I don't think it even sells note 8 4G. But I agree, note 8 4G @bing lee for $500+ seems better value than the note 2 4G @mobileciti for $528.
