Last time I checked, there was no 3G inclcuded in the specs. Now, it does. Probably one of the cheapest QUAD Core mobile you can buy today.

      You have full control over how your payment is processed via PayPal, so if you choose to use paypals currency conversion version rate then that is your decision… How is that "dodgy"?

        Sorry I am new to PayPal and I thought if I open a AUD account with them and make payment in USD they automatically calculate the conversion using their rate. Is there any other way around this other than open another account in USD/GBP/Euro?

        Yes you do have control over how to pay with PayPal. If it's in foreign currency I always put my 28 degrees Mastercard THROUGH PayPal to pay with.
        That way the 28 degrees does the currency conversion and now your PayPal account.

        You have to make sure that you leave the currency as USD
        I even did that recently with AirAsia flights that I booked

    Sorry for the neg but…

    SCDMA is for Chinese 3G networks only.
    Very poor choice for use in Australia.

    My friend bought one before for $9X AUD, and NOT RECOMMEND

    • No GPS
    • No Bluetooth
    • Confirmed 3G TD-SCDMA won't work in Australia ( Australia use W-CDMA )
    • 512 ram ONLY ( FAKE 1GB )
    • Quality is Poor

    A Dual Core CPU + 1GB ram will faster than this Quad Core CPU + 512MB ram

    I'd be wary to buy a phone without any proper reviews. Especially if it's in the $100+ range.

    that phone doesn't have 3G unfotunately.

    Personally, I would recommend the THL W100 which has good reputation on youtube or forums.
