    Been to the property expo two times before, found it very inspiring, and informative. There are a number of options and many things possible that i was not previouly aware were possible. You will enjoy it and should be able to find many contacts and advise on home loans, and strategies.

    Try http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/108460 or the Property expo with tradevent link, the property expo also gives access to the Traders expo on the day, just enter via the property expo.
