Magnetic flywheels and low friction running deck have been specifically designed to provide a smooth walking and slow jogging motion.     The taller you are,the longer is your stride. Gait (side-to-side walking movement) is also important for determining the width of the running belt. Ideally, you want a running belt size of at least 450mm wide by 1300mm length.

    There's some good advice on here

    Edit: Also, OP might want to add non-motorised to the description. The motor is your little feet, think flinstone car.There's no way you could jog on that thing.

      Seriously doubt you can get up to a running pace. Even the girl in the demo, when 'fast forwarding' her little walk struggles to keep her feet on the tread.

        You don't neg items you do not believe are good, necessary or valuable.

        You neg deals that are not actually deals, and can be sought elsewhere for less, if they are defective, or the retailer/supplier is known to be dodgy.

        For example if you can find a better treadmill for less than $79 + Shipping, feel free to neg the post.

        However, if it is your personal opinion that running outdoors is superior to running on a treadmill (and don't get me wrong, I agree) you may not neg the deal for that reason.
