GAME currently have the xbox 360 steering wheel on sale for $99 which comes with 2 games (forza 2 and pgr4) which you can trade back for $20 if you already have them. Then you get a further $30 off from microsoft with their cashback deal, making a total of $49 for the wheel (RRP is $150). You can also get EB games to price match GAME (which is what I did).
The game store I called up said it came bundled with those 2 games. Maybe only some stock have the games?

At EB they took the games out of the box and deducted it off the price I paid, making it $79.

In the "new low prices" splash it shows $50 off for the steering wheel. Was the original RRP $150? If so, then EB Games should be selling it for 99.95 soon regardless of GAME's price.
Sure the old RRP was closer to 180 or something anyway

there's no way. You must pay 99 dollars regardless, then you might be lucky and get a store credit.
Tried EB Games in DJs Brisbane City - they wouldn't price match because after they rang and confirmed GAME had no stock :(
lol at the EB I went to they didn't even check the price at GAME, or ring up to check for stock. I think he just took my word for it.
Get them to ring up all the stores in Brisbane ;)

well they won't. If they are ringing it's because they want to verify with a local store, not the one on the other side of town.
Apparently no GAME store in SA has these, went to a couple of EB's who wouldnt match it coz one knew and one rang to see if they were out of stock…
Couldnt find them in Target, Kmart or DJs… anyone else know who sells them so I can price match with them??

Just bought mine from EB Games in Cannington (the one on albany hwy not inside carousel).
Paid ~$82 by trading in the included Forza 2 and PGR4. (the guy took them out of the box for me in store, ie traded before paying for it)
I just brought in a print out of the GAME website.
Works out to be $52 with cashback :)

It really just depends who's working at the time…
Rang GAME to see which stores in South East Qld had stock - none did (they can check stock across the country from their computer system). So I tried EB Games Underwood & they price matched for me - said they wouldn't bother to ring GAME as they had already rung earlier in the day and confirmed they had heaps of stock (not sure how that works - maybe GAME knew it was them calling).
I managed to get one at an EB Game store & then sold Forza 2 on ebay for $30 & kept PGR4 - so $40 deal including PGR4 - I'm happy :)
Game's stock doesn't come the bundled games (I got burned) so you really have to price match through EB to get the best deal.
