      I got my copy of The Machinist from a Cairns store. Not too sure about the other two.

    Go to checkout or edit cart then estimate shipping. It discounts there.

    It happens in the final step in the cart. Because of this, rather frustratingly, you don't get the VAT removal 'discount' that you normally do at Amazon UK.

      Something funny happens with the VAT.

      Items: £27.45
      Postage & Packing: £6.56
      ———
      Total before VAT: £34.01
      VAT: £0.00
      Promotion Applied: -£12.87
      ———
      Order Total: £21.14

      They seem to increase the price then not apply the vat. Still the prices doesn't make sense 3 x £15 + £6.56 should be £21.56 not £21.14
