  Will take advantage of this - have been saving up my points for half price redeemable tickets (500 points instead of 1000), but I haven't seen one of those in a long time.

  I tried to save a few bucks to redeem a few vouchers at the counters instead of via online. After handed over all the Cinebuzz cards at the point of redemption, a few days later, I realised that only one of the accounts had earned the point. FYI, your reward points are shown on your account immediately after the transactions. Have anyone had this missing point experience?

    If you buy 2 or more tickets with one membership card, you will only get one movie point. 1 card = 1 movie points. I didnt know this and lost a lot of points.

    Yes, for Screen Saver vouchers. The points vary from 2D, 3D, Vmax to GC.

  I also only got the normal 100 points.

  also, Joe888, Ive been having issues with cinebuzz lately.

  Last week my wife and I saw great gatsby on saturday, and monsters uni on sunday. The lady said at both sessions that were eligible for cinebuzz points.

  I checked our accounts the other day, and I only receive points for gatsby, not monsters. My wife received points for neither.

  I wrote to them days ago and have had no reply.

  Id have a free movie now if these points actually worked!

    I contacted them yesterday and they said it takes 24 hours to appear on your account. So I will wait till tomorrow. It will be fixed I think.
    Also if you purchase 2 tickets you need to have 2 membership cards. 1 card = 1 movie points

      Yes my wife and I both have seperate cards. She received points for man of steel, so it cannot be an issue with her card. I'll see what Event has to say.

  No double points here either… I submitted a support request through their website and haven't heard back from that either.
