Not many companies offer insurance for 457 visa holders and insureandgo have pretty good cover.

Reviews on Insure and Go are mixed. ProductReview is positive, ReviewCentre is extremely negative and TripAdvisor is mixed. Was planning to use them on a US trip and am not sure based on these reviews.
