If you are planning to go and are a general visitor, you can register now to get a $5 discount on the entry price. Note that the general price is $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and free for under 12.

If you are planning to go and are a trade visitor (they list the proof of id you may need to bring), you can register now to get a free ticket.

      I went there last year. For the average joe, apart from watching a group of chicks do yoga and being a good place to find a fit woman (although their will be far more buff guys.) then not much.

      Recommended for anyone who runs a gym, is planning to by gym equipment, or uses supplements regular (as there are many free samples to be had!).

      You may be able to get some good deals there by talking to the store keeps. I picked up a speed ball that was being used for display for less than half its retail price. Go there on the last day and you will have more chance of scoring a bargain since most of them will not need the display stuff after.
