  Ordered one from Claremont Perth several hours ago. Got an email saying item was ready to pick up. An hour later got a call saying they are out of stock and bad luck….

  I just picked up mine from Tuggeranong ACT, thanks very much OP…. this is an awesome bargain!

  Just a head's up for those wondering how stock quantities are counted online (I had a little whinge about missing out on deals like this in the past due to apparent available stocks quoted online and then only to have none in store), and the nice bloke explained to me that stock quantities are only adjusted when the sale goes through the register.

  These click and collect sales go real quick, and even though it says stock available online, most (if not all) are reserved very quickly. The flipside is, they only reserve your item for 24 hours.

  So those that have missed out, my advice is to call a few stores and put your name down for those units not picked up after being reserved.

  Who knows, you might be lucky to score one after everyone else gives up thinking its too late.

    For OZBARGAINRES in BRISBANE …. I got a call from DSE Tombul at around midday saying the one I ordered at 6.24pm yesterday was not actually available despite it showing as in stock (as opposed to "low" stock).

  Well for all those who missed out or are still on the hunt don't worry you can get a slightly better one from Kmart for only $60 it is a performer brand I don't know how the brands compare but at least it has some higher specs and it's Always there, you don't need to rush to get it just because it's a bargain. So the details in comparison Kmart has 900amp peak 400amp start, 17ah battery, and USB, plus everything else that this one already has, I must say the unit doesnt look as nice as the one here but it will do the job.

  Bad experience at DS at Cnr Albany Hwy & Wharf St, Cannington, WA
  I clicked to collect with 8 in stock and got the order email. Went to pick it up, but were told that they didn't sent confirmation sms because they don't have any in stock. At least the Claremont store called as with 'pommyjox'. wasted of time and petrol.

  Was Called by DSE in rosebud yesterday saying I had missed out as they only had 3 in stock not 4 as on their system. But got a call today saying that somebody didn't pick theirs up yesterday so if I wanted it I could come and pick it up. Went and got it brand spanking new in box. Good work there to DSE.

    Yeah I think people order from multiple stores in the hope they get one. When they do get one they just don't pick up their other orders, so these become available to others.
