I think the offer suppose to be discounted price over their normal price but you need to go into club to enquire. Would be interested to know what people are being offered. Also, different branch seems to be different in regards to cancellations as some are more professional about it. Last resort you can post on their facebook page as they appear to respond over there.
It IS dependent on the individual staffer
I was with fitness first for many years until I got sick of there excessive prices (even on corporate rate)and gyms shutting down. It won't be long til FF goes belly up. They have been in financial troubles for a few years now.
After July though, you'll pay handsomely. They have managed to get such a bad rep through making it so hard to break free of, and having vulture-like sales staff and pressure tactics.
