Quite a standard deal on amaysim these days…..find vaya to be much better value with 4g instead of 3g….
Do I have it right though that Vaya allows you to exceed your prepaid balance for data and calls/texts? Seems to have more bill shock potential than an Amaysim or Aldi, making it harder to recommend to family.
what's so good about Amaysim? Isn't TPG's $17.99/month plan much better? Unfortunately, I'm locked into a contract with Vodafone atm. :(

Be very wary of the auto recharge. I've been stung twice and managed to get a refund due to the threat of a TIO complaint. Although your profile page will show auto recharge is set to off, recharges occured due to an ambiguity in the system. You must go through their portal to unset auto recharge or,I expect, phone them to deactivate. I'll fire up my laptop to edit this post later and include their email response as to how to go about this deactivation.
