Thanks again to OP and PissLUR, I used 5 from this deal and 5 from PissLUR, still waiting on some of them.

  • I uninstalled it on the phones/tablets… it slows things down and always has notifications.

  • Hey Guys, any news regarding the cash back cheques? Have you received all of them?
I only got 6 out of 10 so far.

    • I haven't, 2/5 so far

      • Did you make the claims on different days?
I'm still waiting for 4 cheques (claimed on 15 June).
The ones received were claimed on 13 and 14 June.

        • +1

yes different days, 14 jun (2) received. 18 jun (3) still waiting.

  • As 1 of the first to buy, seems I am 1 of the last to redeem.
Bought 20 (10 @$24-5%, 10 @$15) for 2 family members, loaded onto 1 phone under 20 Norton accounts, linked to separate disposable email addresses on Yahoo. No problems. That way, can give away unwanted licenses.
Now the long wait for 20 separate cheques.

    • Decided to load 2 onto my 1 licence, to give 3years. Couldn't see much point in 10year license.

Fun :( 30 minute wait on phone to Norton (there is a 1800 number). Norton Agent suggested talking me through process in case App was registered to old license - which would mean no rebate on it.
They activated the codes for me (needed to read out the codes, but could have entered them myself), I cleared the App's data & cache, registered device on my account. Norton Agent said it was activated. I again cleared the App's data & cache, registered device, told next was activated.

Agent asked me to claim while still on the phone, and then combined all three licences.
      https://account.norton.com now shows:
Norton Mobile Security Jul 13, 2016 Household
      Norton Mobile Security Cancelled Household
      Norton Mobile Security Cancelled Household

Worked, but a slow process (nearly 1 hour). Don't know what I will do with 17 extra accounts!

I would have waited until get the cheque. coz of "Norton Mobile Security Cancelled Household "

        • Claims accepted before licenses amalgamated, & told by Norton Agent best to do it that way.
The 2 cancelled activated & installed licences are clearly amalgamated into 1 3 year license.
Was assured by Norton Agent only can stack activated & installed licenses, so shows has been activated for claim purposes.

your claims should be fine.. as i did similar thing to you with the pc versions and received all my cheques… (even though it said cancelled on norton account online).

Thanks - I have been always been lucky with cashbacks.
Last year, got a $99 Oral-B toothbruch for -$5 (they paid too much) - I made $5 on the deal & a great toothbrush; & $170RRP of Microsoft gear for 95c in their cashback deals - they sent a doubled up cashback :-)

        • haha wow! you must be extremely lucky :)

        • :-) My nickname in Japan is “very lucky".
          Just 1 instance…
Wanted to explore a mountain village to learn about its interesting history, but speak almost no Japanese. As it is a remote place, transport was difficult & almost nothing is in English. Got a lift with a group of 11 tour guides in training. They took turns over 2 days translating from the expert the local history & customs. We had a great night of drink, song & food. Gave me the best room in hotel & $200 when we parted!

      Yes indeed. Still waiting…

  • 3 more :)

    • Have you received them? I'm still waiting for 4 more.

      • Yes, I did for the ones sent on june 18. Now waiting for the mid july will take a month or so

  • ok. waiting is finally over for me. received all 10 cheques for this deal today.

so for this deal got $60 + $21.80 profit.
    Thanks OP.

  • Still haven't received any of my cheques…

    • I have received the two cheques that I claimed. Why don't you try contacting them on the email they have mentioned on the claim confirmation?

      • I've contacted them twice with no reply

        • I had contacted them and they seem to take their own time to respond. So, unfortunately, all I can ask you to do is wait.
