For those of you looking to fuel your camera gear lust, you can pre-register for free (saving $20) to attend the Digital Show at Jeff's Shed (Melbourne) in September.

I've been before and it's a great opportunity to check out the latest photographic equipment.

    General public.

    I went last year. Tried out some huge telephoto lens and picked up some freebies. Lots of photos on display. I wish I took a photo but CNET (or ZDNET) had a booth which purely contained one of their writers editors (Seamus Byrne) sitting in a chair.

        Can't remember. Probably the usual pens, bags, sweets, etc.

    As Neil says it's open to the public and a great opportunity to get your hands on lots of high end and consumer equipment. Also lots or related stuff - printers, paper, monitors, bags …. it just goes on and on.
