    If you've already redeemed the voucher code then just click on the store credit option which should be under the Payment Options in the checkout. There should be $7 credit there. It just worked for me.

    Does the 20% only apply to your NEXT order? E.g. you'd have to buy something, then get 20% off the next one…? Looks that way based on their website:

    "All new customers who create an account at the same time as their first purchase will be eligible for a 20% off discount on their next order. Simply add any item to your cart, register for a Getmusic account & proceed through checkout and you’ll receive an email within 24hrs with your discount code."

      I just registered (via logon at top), clicked on Redeem Voucher (in red at top) & applied LUCKY7 to get $7 credit & entered WELCOME at checkout for an additional 20% off. Use Store Credit option ($7) at checkout.

      Note: I entered WELCOME code, then added an item & did not get 20% off that new item. Tried re-entering WELCOME, but already used - so add at end of order!

      You can top up the store credit. You need to do that if the order is over $7 to apply your credit. My order (4 tracks) would have been under $7 if I had added WELCOME last & could have used store credit option & cost nothing. So now I either delete a track or pay $1. Either way I will end up with credit, which I am unlikely to use.

  lol mp3s @ $2.15 each no wonder they're giving out free credits. Without free credit you're probably better off downloading from iTunes; at least the gift cards regularly go for 15% off or more.

  Does anyone know if we have to use this soon once the offer expires but $7 voucher redeemed in your account and choose to download choice of songs later with the credit still sitting in the account??

    This message doesn't actually mean they haven't given you the credit as I got the same message but also got the credit.
    Add the item you want to the basket then go into the checkout in the payment type section under the paypal option there is a grey'd out message that says Store credit with a blue button marked "Top Up" if they have applied the credit there will be a 7.00 listed next to the store credit message clicking the top up button allows you to pay the difference.
    Note I don't actually know the lucky7 is still working but I do know I had a lot of expired messages last week when in actual fact it was working.
