So you're giving this a neg, not because of the actual deal, but because you don't like the movie? Get a life.
I think where a specific film is the bargain, the quality of that film is definitely a consideration in someone's assessment (i.e. vote) for that bargain.
A similar bargain like the current 2 for 1 offer at Tony's sounds a good deal but if someone has eaten there and found the food dismal, then I would expect their vote to reflect that.
That's ridiculous. If there was a great deal on a Mac notebook, I wouldn't give it a neg just because I don't like Macs and I use a PC. It's personal preference and has nothing to do with the value of the actual deal that's being discussed (especially with something as subjective as a film).
And dknight, not everyones a hardcore Twilight fan who got offended by the movie. I thought the movie was decent, and I'm only giving this a positive to counter your lame reasoning for the neg. Obviously if people don't like the movie, they're smart enough to not buy the dvd (like you), and the fans who like the movie can buy it if it makes them happy.
dknight, I'm not exactly sure what demographic best describes you as a person, but you're clearly not a 16 year old girl. My sister has seen this 6 times. Clearly it has something going for it. Not worthy of a neg. I haven't seen this movie btw.

I took my 7 year old to this movie - we BOTH really enjoyed it.
Pick it up in April…late April?!?! Seriously Sanity?? I was looking at ordering this for my sister's birthday in March.
There are tons of preorder dvd/games deals to be had. Wouldnt class them as bargains. You are essentially getting some extra footage to buy the disc full price.

I wouldn't consider this a bargain, regardless of what movie it was.
There are lots of games where you get extra music discs, figurines, extra content etc etc. But you're still paying full price, if not more in some cases.
Not entirely, Twilight is going to be a HUGE release, through pre-ordering you are ensuring yourself a copy, i guarantee they will sell-out. In doing this you get an exclusive freebie, why not pre-order, its not like there is going to be a price difference at any of the major outlets for months..
