I have been looking to buy this video monopod for a while. other sites generally have them for $320ish.
Prices on B&H and Amazon recently went up, so not much savings there..
If anyone is looking for a decent monopod for video, I believe this is a good deal.

if a monopod has three legs for support at the bottom, is it still a mono-pod?
Wouldnt they be three toes at the bottom, not legs?
I've tried these and they are fantastic.
There are two proper fluid joints, one vertical at the head and muti-axis fluid head integrated into shiny read part of the 'foot'
They allow for smooooth pans and tilts, if that is what you want out of your video shoots.
The price is fantastic, but none of this stuff is ever really cheap. In that light, to me this deal is a bargain :)
I'm not sure if it's the same as other vendors but their standard shipping terms & conditions is pretty piss poor. I would definitely pay the extra $4 for insured shipping.
