These balloons are worth less than half that from any florist, 2 dollar shop, newsagent, supermarket etc. If you think giving us a balloon with an overpriced bunch of flowers is a bargain you're kidding, so neg for no deal and also for inflating the value of this rubbish balloon to claim a bargain.
