Sorry. I have to neg. They lied about the last deal. Said they notified me that they were varying the deal. They didn't. What they claimed to be sending everyone was not what I received or wanted.

Those nachos are crap by the way. Nachos are my favourite food item, but when I saw this brand at a professional chef show, I didn't bother chatting or sampling.

Very few of their food items are good.

  • Several reports in the last deal of missing orders & bulls… stories about Toll losing multiple orders & then offers to send a different product. Yeah right.

Looks like a very unreliable operation, be careful about ordering from them as you may be in for a headache.

It's a good deal if the Sherrin is included.

  • Never again. Bought two packs with the last deal and they never turned up. Others reported receiving outdated products whcih didn't correspond to the purchase. Rep "Sam" very dodgy / evasive with email comms.

  • In fairness to the poster I'll give you my experience.

    THE BAD:
Bought 4 of the last deal and they were delivered in a completely squashed cardboard box. Where I opened the box the items had been chucked in (no attempt to properly pack them or wrap them). Two jars of jam were smashed and fragments of glass were distributed over the boxes. I cut myself trying to clean this sticky mess up and once I had the remainder didn't look all that gourmet. This deal looks too expensive at $38 - last deal had more stuff for only $12.50 from memory.

    THE GOOD:
Tuckers were apologetic and I think they learnt from their mistake. The price was only $12.50 for quite a lot of food. They sent me a bunch of extra crackers by airmail to make up for the smashed products and big mess. They offered a full refund as well but I didn't think that was necessary.

    CONCLUSION:
Too expensive but for half the price I would give them a go again, the crackers are nice and the company did genuinely try to fix the mistake.

I ordered the last deal also and YES they had some delivery issues with the glass bottles however they did contact and manage the delivery through a third party, and when I had damage offered to replace or refunded my bag. The Nacho's ROCK and $5.99 retail alone so this is good value… Your choice but I am all in!!!

    • Ofcourse you're in. You're a REP.
You're in, knee deep, in the shit.

I am a consumer like you bargained. Loyal yes, and passionate yes, but also a member of the site for the benefits such as this deal. It is what it is and either you like it and see the value or not. Up to you and all other members! No profanity required.

        • No, you're a rep. Why else would you set the REP tag?
It stinks. It's probably the shit you're in.

If Tuckers contacted you proactively, count yourself extremely lucky. It took me emailing them twice 6 weeks after payment, and then posting on their public facebook page, for them to reactively state that there had been problems with Toll shipping the order, and that it hadn't yet been fulfilled. IMHO, I believe that not fulfilling an order and simply hoping that the customer won't get back in contact is very bad form indeed.

        • fair but Toll and most freight carriers are at best useless so worth considering before you jump to conclusions about suppliers.

        • As I understand it, Toll IPEC deliveries are all trackable online (I use the service frequently for work).

Quote from the email I received in relation to my previous order which didn't arrive: "We have chased this up with Toll Ipec again and the delivery status hasn’t change and they are unable to locate the freight… In conclusion this means that they have LOST IT! Of course being freight companies they take no responsibility for the care or loss of our parcels…"

I remain somewhat skeptical about the circumstances surrounding my parcel delivery, particularly as no consignment number or shipping confirmation was ever provided.

If Toll behaved in the way that Tuckers have claimed (i.e losing a heap of parcels into a black hole over a very short time period), surely they'd be out of business.

        • you are right they take no responsibility for lost deliveries or damage to goods and if there was a cost effective alternative that didn't just do the same (eg Startrack, Aus post etc) then I am sure everyone would use them. if you have experienced working with them you would know how poor they are at finding lost parcels, reporting damages, etc… we do merchandising for many brands including Tucker's and we have issues with all carriers regularly and especially in peak seasons.

        • i merchandise their products along with many other local brands but don't work directly for them. again the deal is good and their products are locally made and best quality - but up to you.

  • The nachos are absolute rubbish. Not worth 1 dollar.

    • voteoften i would like to see you make a shelf stable cheese sauce that come close to the quality of their product. easy to make comments like yours hard to stand behind them.

      • I am standing behind them. They are crap. Both the "cheese" and the "chips". The "chips" were probably worse than the "cheese".

Thank you everyone for your feedback. We know the last deal we offered went badly for some buyers and we honestly did do our best to correct the problems we were told about (which was well after the fact in some cases). It was our first introduction to this site and we sold out of product over the weekend after one of your members found the deal on our site. It was for product that was left over from the Royal SA Show, and had products from other companies that we normally don't work with. It's absolutely true we had serious issues with damage in transit but I guess we will never convince everybody and we will likely never do anything glass again. We will always be open and honest with everyone, so if you have problems then we do want to know about it. The best way to tell us is to email [email protected] as we are listening and we do care. Our goal is simple and that is to produce the best quality all natural all Australian products and give you the opportunity to buy them well below regular retail prices. Apologies and we hope we can regain your support - Tucker's Natural - Managing Director

So you admit that you sold out of the product and couldn't fulfill the orders, so you blamed Toll for losing multiple deliveries and then offered a different product instead? Wow.

      • -1

        Wow - NO.

We had slightly more orders than bags that all came over the weekend, and provided those customers that ordered last with an alternative product offer with even more value. Then we had freight (damage and/or lost) issues across many of the deliveries.
I trust this clarifies the true set events and you can see that we consider our customers as priority.

      • I'm quite certain I ordered mine straight away, not one of the last few orders who missed out on what was promised.

  • Does anyone have any feedback on this particular pack?

    • Given it's only 3 business days since the publication of this deal on OZB, I'd suggest it's too early to surmise whether or not any customers have had any problems…

  • We have sold over 100 deals to date and this time we are using over night air bags to deliver the goods, with no glass, and we have had no issues from our customers. Thanks for asking roughana you have our guarantee that we will look after you. MD - Tucker's Natural
