    good deal yes, if you need it , buy it and think later

    But the seagate backup plus 4TB has been as low as $135 Delivered last month (http://camelcamelcamel.com/Seagate-Backup-Desktop-External-S…). So worth the wait for another price drop if your not desperate for storage
