Maybe my maths is poor at this time of night but isn't the cap of $25 less than 70% of $39 meaning it is impossible to get the 70% back

Seedlings. Tried other plants but was too humid. Seedlings were too light and it ended up coming apart in winds.

I don't understand how you got $769. Isn't it $899 with 10% off $802? $769 would be 15% off. I am obviously missing a step.
