Been following this for a few weeks, and it's finally on sale in a weekly special. Reviews seem good, and it's 30" ... that's massive.

It's back on again, Dell has the U2412 (e - IPS 24" Ultrasharp monitor) on sale for 30% off until Nov 24. Price is $279 including shipping and 3 yr warranty. Save an additional 7% using MoneyBackCo.

According to various posts on Whirlpool, Dell are selling the 30" U3011 monitor for $1099 over the phone only. It is $1599 on their web site.
