you forgot to mention the hefty shipping prices! and nothing worthwhile ships here!

  • Shipping kills it..

  • yep shipping kills it on heavy item, + multiple items.

  • Paid for my shipping! Anyone ever used ZMA?

    • Yep, and I've ordered 2 of the Optimum brand ZMA. It doesn't have that much of an effect on my sleeping, but I do wake up noticeably more 'excited' to start the day. Shipping was $11. Was looking at a 1.8kg Casein but that took shipping to $37!!

    • I've tried the ON ZMAs too. Now I'm using the Vitacost-branded ZMA supplement. In terms of effect, it's completely identical but a lot cheaper. Dosage of the contents are exactly the same too.

If you're new to ZMA, expect interesting dreams! Google 'ZMA dreams'. I gave some to my dad without telling him about its effect on dreams and got an good earful from him the next morning LOL, so it can't be placebo! =P

For me, I think it helps put me in the mood to fall asleep. It won't knock you out though, you can quite easily resist the effects if you wanted to.

There is something to talk about. The Con-cret Micro Creatine price in the bodybuilding is 28$ , plus shipping still much cheaper than 64.5% in most of the major Aus store. Any many more , if u can calculate it wisely, u can save bunch of money from bodybuilding especially the deal 1for 1 or 2 for 1

    • Yeap. I got Musclepharm Combat for $50 (Aus costs $75), Musclepharm Assault for $25 (Aus costs $45) and ON Optimen for $25 (Aus costs $50). All with shipping included.

I was using Con-cret previously, but have since moved on to Muscletech Creacore. Check it out. Much more cost effective in my opinion and tastes a helluva lot better. I ended up buying a year's supply when they last ran the buy 2 get 1 free deal.

  • Site appears to be playing up. Guessing they're getting hammered due to the Birthday promotion. Some search attempts are returning an empty result. Also, trying to get to the free samples page returns an empty page.

Thanks for sharing! Picked up a new dip belt, wrist wraps and small quantities of BCAA supplements to try out. Grabbed a couple of free complex carb samples and a got a free training logbook!

I agree that the shipping can be a real pain, but it really depends on what you are purchasing. For my dip belt and wrist wraps, they are cheaper on BB.com than amazon/ebay. If you buy products that are expensive but are light to ship, it can actually be cheaper than Vitacost/iHerb. They sell everyday supplements too (multis, vitamins, etc). I buy enough small stuff from them to never have to buy shaker bottles.

It does kinda suck that you can barely buy anything with dairy in it though (most protein powders and protein bars are out).

I would say, shop around between Vitacost/iHerb/bb.com to get the best deals.
