iHerb Global Priority Mail Shipping Rate $4 (Again)

110

Just received this from iHerb:

"We are happy to announce that we have changed our shipping charge for Global Priority Mail to a flat $4; and are offering a further discount on our DHL Express shipping if your order total is $60 or more!"

This is a $2 saving from the previous shipping rate which was $6.

If it is your first order feel free to use my code OKE962 (Mod: Affiliate Code) for $10 off an order of $40 or more, or $5 off any order under $40.

ETA: Here are some of my personal product recommendations - all cheap, and tried and true.

Might be worth noting that Global Priority Mail by DHL is only on orders under $80.00, and under 4 pounds (1814 grams)

oh man, didn't realise they don't use paypal

    • Yeah that's the only negative about iHerb. But their prices are too good so I overlooked that. Depends on your bank though, with ANZ they charge only a tiny fee. 1% or something so I don't care. Some banks can charge aggressively though so best to clarify this with your bank before jumping in.

Also CC beats Debit Card, more protection should anything go wrong. ANZ have been good in the past in this regard.

I'm using 28 degrees so there's no fee. It is more that I do not trust websites with payment details.

Unrelated to this deal, I just ordered the Immune Punch and some other stuff using the $4 shipping earlier this morning (before even seeing this post), worked fine.

As a side note, I have an affiliate coupon code available to which I can share via PM if anyone wants it. It removes $10 on the cost. By all means, use the OP's one before asking for mine though.

  • Sorry, but where is the bargain here? It's a saving of $2!

    • and the DHL Express shipping hasn't changed from last time they adjusted their charges

    • Two bucks is two bucks. But the main savings are in the products themselves really, they are significantly cheaper than the alternatives here. Compare your local health food store prices on the very same products and you'll realise the $4 shipping cost is a bargain.

      • I used your affiliate code. What do you get out of it?

  • I've gotten used to Vitacost products, but gonna try something out from iherb. Hopefully this will get Vitacost to review their own shipping charges.

  • Apologies: I thought misread Scotty's comment about the affiliate codes. I thought he said it was allowed in comments, just not in the deal itself. Got it arse backwards it seems.

My bad. Have a good day all :)

    • lol … He couldnt have posted it more clearly than this

      • When you're working 7 days a week, have a new born keeping you up all night and getting less than 2 hours sleep last night, dyslexic mistakes can creep in.

  • Out of curiosity, apart from shipping costs, how do iHerb compare to Vitacost? Especially when Vitacost have their specials, eg. Buy one get one 50% off. I know you can't compare specific brands, but any substitutes.

  • I find vitacost to be cheaper even if it is a national brand like for example Alive vitamins 180 tablets iHerb is $31 vs. vitacost $22. If I order 2 bottles, end up cheaper even using the $9 shipping in vitacost. Turns even cheaper if you have $10 referral code.

I just keep sending them email to bring back the $2.99 DHL shipping to Australia.

iHerb is SO cheap for gourmet foods. I buy a lot of vegan stuff, and their prices on Dandies (vegan marshmallows), the Dr McDougall's range (soups, pilafs etc), and Clif bars (snack bars) are absolutely phenomenal.

      Try RawRevolution too! Yummmmm!

      • Oh man, what have you done?!!! They look amazing. Any specific flavours? Almond butter cup sounds pretty delicious.
