I was looking for a seagate backup plus 1 TB portable hard drive and found this to be the best deal. The next best price that I have come across is in MSY electronics for 116$.

As an IT professional… I wouldn't trust a Seagate with a backup of anything.
This isn't a deal either. You can currently get a 1tb WD 2.5" drive from JB for $79 and a 2tb WD 3.5" drive from Domayne for $95. Either would be a much better price and a far more reliable solution.

The one you have shown is desktop drives and not portable drives.
I bought one of ebay last year, pretty good drives.
