  That's misleading. SOME people say they have success scoring free unlock codes via the website, but generally, it's $75, with a discount for doing it via the web.

  There's a post in the forums here for unlocking any mobile huawei device for $5

    Unlocked 3 out of 3 Huawe free on Vodafone unlock site.
    You could check IMEI on box with site before buying. (I didn't.)
