Enjoy another 3 apps for free and bring your friends - they would like to know as well.
Every Friday in April, AppyFridays might feature paid apps for free.
This week’s free apps are:
- Short: Wave Streams internet radios on your Macintosh. A searchable radio list allows you to select and listen to your preferred channels worldwide.
- Nanotate: Effortless and instant screenshot creator with intuitive hot keys to avoid painless repetition. Snap, annotate, and save to file or imgurl.
- tEditor: Cute lightweight text editor for daily writing tasks. With it you can easily write and edit unformatted text.
Be careful with appyfridays if you don't really want the free app very much. They keep sending spam from different addresses even though I click unsubscribe and they have also passed on my email address to third parties who are doing the same thing.
I can tell because I use a disposable email address for these things eg: [email protected] which then gets redirected to my real email address, so I can see that anything originally sent to [email protected] is a direct result of a leak from appyfridays because they are the only organisation which had access to this email address.
I ended up giving up tracking how much spam they are sending and just blocked the entire alias from my domain, but someone who doesn't run such a system I do might not have that luxary. Gmail filters only go so far with these guys.
