Never had an issue with them TBH. I'm not asking for a rant, but what's your beef?
Failed to deliver on time and refused a refund, since it was not a physical item paypal offers no protection.
They also denied failing to deliver on time despite sending me an email to tell me that they would not deliver on time.
I requested a refund as soon as they informed me they couldn't deliver. Item was no good to me by the time I received it.
On another note these headphones are discontinued.

I don't think I'll deal with them again, I can understand a Auspost package running late not a virtual item.
After I contacted them it took 5 days for them to contact me, then I replied a little over 24 hours later and they had already marked the case as resolved.
Yeah the first time I ordered from COTD they took a ridiculous amount of time to ship the order, I'm assuming they ship out the pysical scoopon orders?
you tend to be able to get the sennheiser hd201 (or hd202if you like lots of bass) for round that periodically - they are a MUCH better can for the price
