I have been looking for a decent budget laptop for quite a while and this is the best deal I have found to date. You pay $510 to Centrecom and claim $99 from Acer.
Pros:
3rd Gen i3-3110M (this CPU beats the ULV i5-3217U)
Dedicated GT620M (this easily beats HD4000 in other budget laptops)
Acer E1 in general has a decent build quality for this price point (checked on notebookcheck.com)
It has a traditional DVD slot so you can put in an extra SSD
Cons:
NO USB 3.0
It's quite a heavy brick.
Slow single channel ddr3-1066 (some websites state its 1333 but I cannot confirm)
You need to wait for the cashback from ACER
