Agreed with above- Oxford constantly marks up their RRP and then has sales of at least 25-50% off at all times of the year to entice people with a 'bargain'. A few other chains employ a similar pricing tactic- Kathmandu being a notable other.
Their quality is almost never up to their retail pricing standard though, and although their suits are 100% wool I find their texture, stitching and overall quality to be substandard to other brands.
Better off with suits to wait out for sales on brands like Saba and Marcs which are of better quality, or go to outlet stores like Birkenhead Point in Sydney. I picked up a $600 Saba suit marked down to ~$350, and the quality is much MUCH better than the equivalent Oxford suits I was looking at.

Oxford has such weird marketing. Everything is constantly on sale, and their outlet stores sell at 75% off, but they look like they are trying to be upmarket. Pretty bad quality (at least on their shirts).
