Price for Prison Break has just been dropped by Amazon for their Easter sale. As per camelcamelcamel lowest price for this was 39.99£ (http://uk.camelcamelcamel.com/Prison-Break-Complete-Season-B…) it is now available for ~40.25£ delivered to Australia (thanks to VAT reduction)

This has been the best tv shows so far for me and for this price I guess this is a bargain. This is selling for much higher price (almost twice/thrice) in Australia

    Owned most the episodes on DVD and was interested in upgrading to blu-ray but don't have to time to watch anything these days maybe in another couple of years it'll get cheaper and then I might have sometime to watch.

    Yeah was a good show but then started really dragging out in episodes. Was pretty boring towards the end but i think most people wanted to know how to concluded and held on. Similar to LOST, interesting first couples seasons then painful after that.

    Good price either way.

      On the contrary, I enjoyed every episode of PB. Lost, I could watch only first two season after that it got really boring.. I am yet to find other tv shows as exciting and thrilling as PB..I am on to 'The walking dead' these days. It isn't anywhere near PB though :)

        Prison Break's ending is worth it if you can sit through all the BS plot twists. The Walking Dead is a much better show though IMO.

      The first season of PB was outstanding. Such awesome cliffhangers at the end of each episode. Edge of the seat stuff. But it was never going to be able to back that up over time. And they should have left Sarah Tancredy dead LOL.

      Dexter had a good first season. Sucked me right in, still watching seven seasons later.

        Yeah Dexter has kept the interest up very well. Had a few flat spots here and thre the last few seasons compared to the first few but gets back to an interesting plot by the following episode.

        I don't see how I'm "trolling". I simply gave my opinion about the price. I'm not calling the poster a liar about the deal. The Boston Legal season pack was a deal to me, so was the $5 a blu-ray and $20 a blu-ray box set at Dick Smith. :)

          Lol. If you think $60 is a bargain, that's your opinion. It could easily be $120 and you'd be saying the same thing, just because there isn't a cheaper deal out there. As I said, it's an OPINION. I already own the series, but $60 won't make me want to purchase it, compared to the deals I've seen recently. :)

          As for what others pay, that's their choice, so there's no need to bring that into it. All I did was express myself. There's no need to turn that into something more.

          Try reading what's there next time instead of "trolling" those.

    I watch all of Prison Break. Probably my favourite show at the time. But did drag out near the end. Please note I dont think this box set contains the last movie length show - "The final break"

    Seasons 1 and 2 were great, 3 was pushing it and was pretty much dead all season and 4 just absolutely for shits and giggles that tried to explain certain things and conclude the show. PB is one of my all time favourite shows but who ever says the show didnt drag on in seasons 3 and 4 are just lying to themselves. Im a true PB fan, I remember I was hooked on it when it came out and came season 3 I really did try and hang on for as long as possible because I really wanted to know how it ends.

    If you havent watched it then seasons 1 and 2 will blow you away, 3 and 4 will be a yawnfest….

    Don't forget about the writers strike which occured during season 3. Wasn't a great season, but tolerable.

    Heroes was another series that had so much promise and delivered first few seasons and then just died. Plot was awesome and so were the visuals but yeah going back in time with Hero and the blonde hair dude so many times just killed it. Did Heroes ever end or just get cut?

      Got cut at the end of season 4 unfortunately. Had so much potential that show. They should have had a more epic season 1 finale and killed off sylar as I felt he just made the plot more ridiculous in further seasons, instead of the anticlimactic ending that occurred

        Yeah think it was mid season 3 where shit got crazy and dragged out. I lasted 2-3 episodes into that season before i shot it behind the barn.
