      Generally, the rule is - any newspaper promotion (such as this one) is only available in the state in which the newspaper is published for. Basically it costs too much to ship only a few items for the few people who buy the paper interstate.

      Your only options are to email the Sun-Herald & see if they'll send it out to you (works with Herald Sun & The Age here in Melbourne), someone (illegally) uploads it or look on eBay.
