          We just didn't update the price from the last deal. There was a discount for the two pack originally, but obviously we couldn't do that @ $2.

    You did use the word "likely" rather than a definitive negative term; but I was very specific about the DS413, and you were very specific about prices going up and this not being available for special.

    I am slow to post this issue/post due to being OS, but I got your email, and thought "Dirty F*$%^ Lier!!!. This better not be on OZB"

      Funnily enough before we posted this sale I sent you this email.

      Well Synology has made a liar out of me, we are going out with a special tonight on Synology, the price on your unit has dropped by $10. I was going to refund the difference based on my claim on OZB that they would not go lower, and I realized that we had not refunded your shipping charge yet.

      So I have just put the refund through for both.

      Hope the NAS is going well.

        You must be getting confused with someone else.
        I did not get charged a shipping charge, I was only charged for the NAS at $525.

        So no email.

          I guess so, I ran the report for sales before the sale and only two orders came up both of which I refunded and emailed.

          I just ran the report and yours was there, must have been a bug. Refund has been processed now. Sorry for the confusion there.

    hi rep, cheapest i've found the Synology DS1512+ locally for me is $785 from IJK (Enfield NSW), so any chance your special can beat that price?
