Agreed, fishpond isnt reliable at all, i ordered deux ex at the end of december, took about a month before i received the item, and turned out they sent the wrong game, so i returned it within a week.. This was early feburary… Havent heard back from them since and every email i sent, the reply was we will let you know once we received the item…-_-

You guys aren't going to get it… Ordered Deus Ex collectors edition advertised with figurine/artbook ended up getting just the game.. plus shipping took forever.. got a refund, never again.

Yeah no hope. Same as mtran0708. I bought it in May last year. They sent out the normal edition. Returned same day, 3 months later, many emails with them stating they will have it ready to ship within x days, rude reps, I requested a refund. From this point I have made it a personal mission to try and ruin their reputation more, but it appears they are doing it to themselves just fine.
For interest sake, their reasoning below:
"Fishpond is an on-line retailer and we do not carry stock of all items advertised on the Fishpond site. We work through a network of suppliers, both locally and overseas, and order on demand.
The suppliers do not supply to us exclusively and occasionally when an order is processed the available stock has been already allocated to a different retailer. We will then re-order it from a different supplier, if possible."
Interestingly the X360 version is relatively cheap too, $22
