just played number 1 and 2 in the last week after getting the new ps3.
They are remarkable games.
I should have bought number 3 from harvey norman when they had it for $39.
They're okay but something always bugged me.
It might be because I'm more of a PC gamer but I found it ludicrous how much harder the shooting segments were compared to everything else.I've had to replay certain parts of UC1 so many times that they've been permanently embedded in my mind.
If it weren't for the difficult shooting parts, I think I would've gotten less than half my playtime on the game.gun-fight is harder(or intenser) in 3 than 2. imo, 3 is a little disappointing. i love 2 much more than 3.
number 2 had that crazy action with the tank - which was hard but still cool….also just before the end with the main guy frustration as well……I just play on the normal level I wouldnt bother trying hard or crushing level it would drive me mad.
I grabbed Uncharted 3 from Harvey Norman for $29 and while the graphics are pretty impressive I'm not digging it as much as the first two. Also, only played for a couple of hours so far and I'm around 30 per cent through from memory. Took me ages to get a third of the way through both of the first titles.
For $5 UC1 is a great buy though - very nice game. Not sure about a certain kind of enemy but, overall, nice.

Yeah.. i just found a book that I ordered for my wife and it's $42 on fishpond, yet it's $38 delivered from amazon…. They say that they'll refund the difference plus 10%.. but, and this is the kicker, they'll refund it back onto your fishpond account.. so in other words, it just guarantees them another purchase from you.
Dammit! Wish they had 2 for a similar price!

Yeah just to reiterate I have searched the internet high and low for the past week for remaining Twin Pack copies, and the cheapest anywhere is $42 (from ozgameshop).
So I think the $5 for this and maybe a $20 copy of #2 down the track is the way to go. Of course, this sale has ended though.

You can't take orders for something, cancel them, then re-advertise with a more expensive price. Received the same email my end…i'm asking them to tell me the difference between the one i bought (that's out of stock !!!) versus the same PS3 Platinum title they have "In stock" right now.
