Hi Pips'.
I've been looking for a printer, and found CPL has the Pixma MX895 for $125.00 (RRP $249.00 (http://store.canon.com.au/our-products/printers/pixma-inkjet…).
I last looked at this printer before Xmas and never saw it for under $200.00 (my budget),so I held off on it.
It's got the works, including wi-fi and duplex printing.
OW Yarraville price matched after checking CPL stock availability etc and got it for 118.75 (OW price $169._ _).

  • Every Pixma I have used over the years have been excellent. Good deal!

  • Got one for 119$ (store pickup) from CPL. Thanks for posting!

  • i just got MX436 $89.00 from officework
    unless it better
but i am happy is got ADF, double side print , wifi ( connected and printed in 2 min), also a new feature i haven't seen before , scan and print directly to USB - no more SD cards to worrie about

  • Have the Mx885, constantly dropped off the wireless requiring turning off and back on again.
Went through heaps of ink even though it was hardly used, and it can't be used if one cartridge requires renewing.
Anyone want to buy mine? Perfect condition.
    Bought an Epson, actually 2.

  • it is a good machine, what i am looking for is the double side scan function, imagine you can keep all your bill and documents digital. If you want good qulity copy and print, you should use office printer, nothing better than a xerox workstation printer.

    • This is a premium home/office machine.
I am not the only one commenting on the disapperance of ink when not used much, which is shame. The catridges are also small capacity and are relatively expensive for this reason. Check link above.

  • It hasn't quite "got the works" - won't print CD's & DVD's
