        Those cases are settled.

its funny that you say that every new deal you post, then all the people with unresolved problems post up saying they are yet to have them resolved and you wont answer emails etc….

        • +1

Well mine for one was resolved a long time ago. I don't have a problem with the seller, just the 64GB Ultra MicroSD they were selling. Seemed to have a lot of issues with people.

        • +1

          Hi Jonaseymour,

SanDisk has improved the quality of the 64GB Ultra micro SD cards.
The faulty rate is less than 0.01% now.
You should give it another go on the cards and try them out.

          Cheers
          Francesca

        • I'll say you were fantastic for me.

Recieved item 1 day after payment, emails all the way from payment, to handling to shipping, and so far device is great.

        • Wouldn't use them with the GoPro 3 Black Edition… I have now lost several day's ski footage and have a borked card, same as many people are reporting on GoPro's own site

        • Thank you MasterScythe.

          Cheers

          nosdan,
At least she's fronting up to any issues that people report,

Keep up the good work Franscesca,
Also remember that some of the issues are really beyond a retailers control.

I have bought from her before and have only good experiences.

        • -5

          nosdan,
At least she's fronting up to any issues that people report,

actually they have not addressed a lot of issues if you go back and read the past deals. they have consistently given BS excuses but not actually addressed them…. which is why i keep bringing up there old deals when they post new ones.

        • Hi dealman,

Thank you so much for your support.

    • Wow, steering clear of this mob.

      • And I have had no problems either in my dealings. Will buy again.
Had one bad Sandisk flash drive - no probs getting it returned and my money back.
        Other purchases all going great.

ps. Francesca2148 - any chance of the 32 gig Cruzer Fits going on sale? - Am loving the small size of the units and being able to instantly increase the storage on my SSD Macbook air

        • Hi pencilman,

          Thank you for your support.
Unfortunately cost for the cruzer fit has increase over the past 2 months.
Best price I can offer currently is $22.95 free shipping.
Please PM if you are interested.

          Thank you
          Francesca

  • Since you sell so many, any idea when the 128gb cards are coming?

    • Hi,

SanDisk end has not confirm the release date for this specific model.
Once it is released, we should be able to get stock and offer it up to customers.

      Cheers

  • I have been looking for class 4 32GB for some time because it was quite cheap (at a point reached $15-$16). Are they not being produced anymore?

    • Hi wildstone,

The cost for 32GB Class 4 has been increasing for the past months.
I am unable to offer a really good price for this specific model.
Best price I can do is $19.95 per unit.
Please PM me your PayPal email address and I will issue an invoice for you.

      Thank you.
      Francesca

  • I bought a Sandisk SD card from them a few months back, the item arrived within reasonably time and worked fine.
    Might buy again today.

    • Thank you.

  • meh about the same price as most other places (was looking to buy a 32GB MicroSD yesterday) although free shipping is nice.

I ended up buying a Clas 10 Samsung card from a seller on Ebay for $29 with free postage and the item is already in Australia and posted. Should have it tomorrow.

    • Hi,

We do have SamSung cards as well, but they are not up on our website.
We carry the latest model - SamSung 32GB / 64GB micro SD Pro Class 10 which reads at 70MB/s.
As well as SamSung 16GB / 32GB micro SD Plus which reads at 48MB/s.
Anyone interested in these models can drop me a PM.

      Thank you
      Francesca

      • A quick question, is your stock in Australia? Often I don't care but sometimes I want something quickly I will go for AU stock as Asia postage takes a while.

        • Hi SirFlibbled,

Yes all our memory cards are in stock.
          Always ready for despatch.

          Cheers

  • -6

Can I go to OW and price match less 5%?
Excuse my naivity but haven't yet tried it with online vs OW instore.

    • +3

      Hi killabob,

      That will be your choice.
You can head down the OW and match the price.

      Cheers
      Francesca

    • -1

Wow! Negs cause I dare bring up that it can be had cheaper at OW and instore purchase in case anything goes wrong (pretty poor track record as above). Thought this was a bargain site aiming for the lowest prices…?

      • -1

mate, just check OW website it is online only so you can not price match in OW

        • +2

Yes you can, Officeworks just adds shipping to on-line prices, and since this has free shipping, even that is not an issue.

I price matched at OW last time Memorycity had a free ship deal.

        • +4

Just think about it for a minute,
what incentive that leaves for someone with a small business like this to be competitive.

OW screws us every single time on price matches.
so not sure I'd want to give them my business.

        • -1

Correct. OW won't price match. Claimed online store only operating from PO BOX. With no storefront.

        • I have at least bought about 4 or 5 items in the last 2 years at OfficeWorks doing price matching with the cheapest online prices found on Staticice.
ABSOLUTELY no problem, ABSOLUTELY no question. Staff just looked them up on their computer, checked shipping cost to their postcode, occasionally ring to check stock if the site doesn't state stock level.
It worked everytime. I would say it's fantastic! Large chain store so no worry about fake goods, can always find a store nearby to pick up. What else can you ask for?

The only thing I haven't tried is matching eBay price. But in fact I have never found anything which was cheaper on ebay (maybe due to their selling fees). Always the cheapest is on some online store outside eBay.

      • People aren't negging you for OW pricematching, as said above it's your choice. Nobody cares.

I negged you for asking a really dumb and unnecessary question that adversely affects the OP, just because you can't be arsed to do a little research. Bad form.

      • Thought this was a bargain site aiming for the lowest prices…?

Will you get your lowest prices if it was not for small businesses that cut their bottom line to provide amazing deals like these. ?

If it was not for this and other similar sites the Officeworks retail price for a 32GB class 10 memory card is 82 $ compare that to the deal here 30 $.

        • Ok so you've convinced me that the right thing to do for the future of bargains is buy from these guys.
I must've been mistaken about all the other posts that are put up about "OW price match less 5%" that get +ve votes…
          Card bought, thanks rep.

  • SD adapter included for the Micro SD?

      Hi bctransit,

      Yes it is.
SD adapter included for all the micro SD Cards.

      Cheers
      Francesca

  • Thanks just bought the SanDisk 32GB Extreme HD Video SDHC Class 10.

It's really quite confusing how there are multiple class 10 SD cards that are rated for different speeds. Also doesn't help that the product models and descriptions on your website get cut off before they can be read.

Perhaps a list format would be better?

    • Hi atlas,

Yes they are different speeds for different camera uses.
Let me check on our website and see what is the issue here.
Thanks for the feedback. We will fixed it.

      Cheers
      Francesca

      • I just mean that the titles and descriptions get cut off after about 3 lines of text.

        • Hi atlas,

I will let my webmaster know about this.
As I am currently viewing it on Chrome, it looks alright on my screen.

          Cheers
          Francesca

  • so which one is suited for Sony NEX 5 camera? I assume the SanDisk 32GB Extreme HD Video SDHC Class 10 - $34.95 would suffice??

    • +1

      Hi,

I research on the product, it takes High Capacity SDHC cards.
So yes the SanDisk 32GB Extreme will be sufficient.

      Cheers
      Francesca

      • I took this one for my NEX 5n as well.
        Pretty good card.
"SanDisk 32GB Extreme HD Video SDHC Class 10 - $34.95"

    • I got the 16gb version of that, will take heaaaaaaps of photos. If you're shooting in jpg then 16gb is plenty, but if you plan to shoot a lot of video and RAW then you should probably get the 32gb

      • Thank you.

  • Is memorycity store reliable?

    • imho YES

      • go and read the past deals and the consistent problems people have with memorycity ignoring emails etc and make up your own mind…..

3 links are in my first post on this deal

  • Have the HTC ChaCha mobile phone which I purchased from one of the OZ Bargain deals.

Want to upgrade the stock 2gb microSD memory card to 32gb. Just not sure what speed memory card would best suit this phone? As I can't find any information on what is the maximum speed memory card this phone can handle.

    • +1

      Hi g12345567,

I read on forum that the maximum capacity this phone can take is 32GB.
SanDisk 32GB Class 4 micro SD is designed for mobile and your mobile phone will be able to take it.

      Cheers
      Francesca

  • cool, just ordered one, my first 64gb card ( have lots of 32gb & 16gb) lets hope its not my last with all the rumours its failing with goPRO's..

  • Sandisk 64GB Class 10 are kind of delicate. I've got 3 from this supplier and ended getting a refund. I read the problems are with this specific model.

For all who buy a 64gb faulty card please post your issues here http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/72619 for future reference.

  • Thanks Rep. I've been waiting for a decent deal on the micro SDs. Just ordered two.

    • Hi bluedez_man,

      Thank you for your support.
We will arrange to ship the second batch of orders before 6pm today.

      Cheers

    +1 for the good prices
-1 for the almost non-existent customer service

  • Ordered… Thanks francesca.

    • Thank you logic.

  • Is there any reason I should get the Extreme HD Video over this from Umart? For my DSLR?

Secure Digital Card 32Gb(SD) SDHC Class 10 Patriot LX for HD - $28

    • So far I haven't ran to any issues with using the Class 10 SD Cards for my DSLR. My buffer speeds have been the same across the two brands that I used. Sandisk Extreme HD Video and Samsung Class 10 that I borrowed off my sister.

    Hi Francesca,

You recently sent me a replacement 32 GB ultra micro sd card. It took you a little over two months to get this sent out. Unfortunately, the new card is faulty. Is there any way you can speed up the return process the second time through?

    Thanks.

    • oh god… this could be a while.. haha

    • Hi Jahnah,

      Yes will do.
The last time our RMA process is a little messy.
We have been getting it organise for the past 2 months.
Please drop us an email and I will get it organise for you immediately.

Many Australian eBay sellers sell the 64GB for basically the same price - I had actually had a look yesterday and they were $60. So this isn't anything special

  • I recently purchased a HTC Velocity. Will the SanDisk 32GB micro SD Class 4 Memory Card - $19.95 be the best for my phone?

    • Hi audz,

Yes, the 32GB Class 4 card will be good for your mobile.

      Cheers
      Francesca

      • Thanks!

  • Looking at buying a 32g micro SD card (as there seems to be issues with the 64g one) which of the 32g micro SDs should I purchase for my gopro hero black?

    • Hi winnieblues,

The Go Pro can take both 32GB and 64GB.
Most customers still go for the SanDisk Class 10 series.
What about you try our SamSung 32GB / 64GB micro SD Pro Class 10?
If you need more details, please PM me.

      Thank you
      Francesca

  • Hi Francesca,

I bought a 64gb micro SD a couple days ago from you. Haven't received it yet but just read above about all the problems with gopro which is what I'll be using it in. Any chance I can change the order to 2x 32gb instead?

    • Hi ryan-m,

Can you please provide me with your order number?
I will take a look at the tracking.

      Thank you
      Francesca

      • 008614

        • Hi ryan-m,

          Thank you.
You should be receiving an email from us with the tracking ID.
Due to it's being shipped on the 5th of March, the tracking might not be showing any details yet.
There should be a tracking summary by tomorrow.

          Cheers
          Francesca

        • Hi Francesca,

That didnt answer my question. I wanted to know if I can swap it for 2x 32gb. You just sent me a tracking number.

        • Hi ryan-m,

Sorry missed out on that part.
Yes you can swap it for 2x 32GB, when the package arrive at your end, please arrange for the postie to return it to sender.
We will have to wait till the package is returned to us, only then we will arrange to ship out the 2x 32GB card, plus $3.95 delivery charges.

          Thank you
          Francesca

        • I sent it back a week age as requested. Haven't received an update email, has it been posted?

        • Hi ryan-m,

You ship the card back on our end a week ago?
Can I please have the tracking ID, if there is any?
Or it is our package being returned to sender?

          Thank you
          Francesca

        • Return to sender. It was a week ago, you should have received it by now.

        • Hi ryan-m,

I picked them up from my PO Box on Saturday morning.
It should be sitting there now. Will have my staff sort out tomorrow and keep you updated.

          Thank you
          Francesca

        • No email yet. Did you receive it?

        • Still no response on here or via email…

Really need this memory card for a trip that is fast approaching. Can you please at least respond and tell me the status?

  • Hi Rep,

    Last night I bought:

    2 x SanDisk 64GB Ultra Micro SD Class 10
    1 x SanDisk 32GB Ultra Micro SD Class 10
1 x SanDisk 32GB Extreme HD Video SDHC Class 10

I hope they dont fail on me.

    • Hi Trishool,

      Thank you for your support.
Do you wish us to have the cards tested before shipping them to you?

      Thank you.
      Francesca

      • No thats fine. It seems there's a lot of positive feedback on the cards hence the reason why I took the plunge and bought so many.

However I will be in touch if they fail.

Since SanDisks have a 5 year warranty on them, who do I contact to report any problems within the first year and after the first year? MemoryCiti or SanDisk?

        • +1

          Hi Trishool,

You can be in touch with us if any of them fail.
We will cover the warranty for you, or you can contact SanDisk directly for warranty.
Most customer prefer to come back to us, as the process is much smoother compare to SanDisk's warranty process.

          Cheers
          Francesca

  • Purchased from them before with no problems. Just did it again.

    • Thank you Risto.

  • Hi Rep,

I've how is warranty handled? the recent one I bought from you is now un-readable.

    Can I get a replacement?

BTW, I bought it on the last sale (MicroSD 32G class 4)

    Thanks,

    • Hi mikokik5,

Please drop us an email at [email protected]
We have a customer service person attending to emails and will sort it out for you.

      Cheers
