It doesnt go anymore :(
Is the microphone actually wireless? Seriously considering this to go with new G600 and G110 (Thx ozbargain :)
Yeah it is wireless.
I'm not sure what you mean buy the microphone being actually wireless - it is a headset with a mic attached and the headset is wireless (though can be used while charging with a cable). Does that answer your question?
Well, i purchased turtle beache x31s from the mad monday sale at EB Games 2 years ago thinking they were wireless, The headset it, but the microphone requires a cable.
Oh alright. I find that strange :p
Looks like it was as cheap as $70 + shipping ($81 shipped) before: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/85557
Bought one at this price last time. Highly recommend it.
Great headset.
Have been using my ones for some time and amazing
I personally would recommend something like this
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Black-PVC-Headphones-Headset-Stan…I have this for myn and it makes a great stand for it next to the PC (Comes in cheaper chrome one however Black looks better IMHO)
I grabbed a set of these headphones last time they were this price and I love them, my only problem was how they didn't really sit well on my desk, this stand solves that nicely, thanks for the link!
Bought these a year ago for $110 and I am so happy with my purchase. Great price for great headphones. Recent software update is also amazing. UI is far much better than what came in disc with headset.
Only thing is, you wont get any warranty if you buy it from Amazon. I called Logitech CS and they said I have to return this to person from where I bought this. I told them, I got this from Amazon, They said warranty will be covered by Logitech US.

They said warranty will be covered by Logitech US
A bit contradictory, I say…
People have reported Amazon's warranty service to be quite outstanding - even better than some of the local shops we have.
If you don't care for the buttons/gaming aspect of them, is there a cheaper comparable headset?
Are these only for use with a PC. can I hook them up the TV/PS3?
It's PC only. Connects by USB.
Ok, Thanks.
Possible to get something Wireless with 5.1 or 7.1 that can plug through the reciever connected to TV? Any recommendations,
This maybe?
There's the F540, the G930's cousin which is meant solely for consoles.
I got mine for ~$100 ages ago off eBay.
I'm positive it's gone down now since the G930 was more expensive at the time.Personally I wouldn't get it again; I only used it a handful of times.
will it work with a mac
Have the wired version of this headset I got from the Logitech Shop from a sale on this site, pretty good headset for the price. Audio quality is good, and the mic, volume control and mute button are really handy. Construction does feel a bit cheap but its an 80 set so can't complain too much.
Got a pair ~6 months ago for $100 delivered and love them, really good for BF3 :)
@brent3000 - Thanx for the link mate, solved a problem I didn't even know I had (gonna have to get one!).
PS. Checking the official website for items always makes me laugh.. listed as AU$279.95. I know people rarely pay RRP on ANYTHING, but really?… that expensive?
Dammit had them in my cart this morning..
Deal expired..
cheapest now is $99 but wont ship to AU
Solid headset, I'll recommend it. Beats the pants of any local price (excluding when logitechshop goes on sale).
