    Only some stores offer it. Yours might not offer it, try putting in a different postcode and you'll see what I mean.

    It did for me. First order discount differs for each store. Some do not have any, some have 10%, others 25%. Look at the total before checking out to see if discount has been applied.

    I stopped using Menulog and now Delivery Hero because of these NEW customer only discounts as obviously loyalty isn't valued. Funny mindset these companies have.

      I'd say it's because usually you'd order through the phone and they feel that they can suck the marketshare up. Does anyone know what they charge retailers?

        They take a 10% cut on the grand total of the order. The shop is left to foot the cost of accepting orders and gst etc. I was working part time at a shop that used them.

        Ouch, I think I will only use them when they have discounts then. That's pretty harsh on the store. :S

    Possibly, it's one thing to cut short a company which is quite big but it's another to do it to an individual. Give at least a dollar or two.
