This price on Virgin Australia isn't exclusive to Webjet; it's available pretty much everywhere including VA's own website. And yes, Webjet charges booking fees which probably means it isn't the best place to book this.
Sure is a good place to compare and find out what airline to directly book with though!

Just booked them from Perth > LA> Perth, saved around $150 per person compared to the sites above, didnt pay fees, Note that Flight centre would not price match as they are an overseas website and there was a $28 fee charged by Virgin for international money exchange.
Checking out their car rental rates they seem better too.

None of those sites I listed are travel agencies where you can book directly — there're just search engines for airfares, and a few of them include Vayama amongst their search results. Vayama, however, is a travel agency and also a wholesaler/consolidator (which is why they can sometimes offer cheaper fares). To be assured of getting the best fare you need to search broadly rather than assuming any one place will be cheaper, though — the sites I listed are the best I've found for price comparisons. :)
expedia.com.au has the same special for $80 less (from $1,084) with no booking fees, no credit card fees, not any fees on top of that - see http://www.expedia.com.au/Travel-Deals
Sorry to JasonGeoffreyHall but this is no bargain: no neg for you because it's your first.According to Google they previously posted a Webjet deal here but it was deleted for being spam. Considering that they've never posted any comments, one gets the sneaking suspicion that they're undeclared reps/sockpuppets. :)

This price is the standard VA price, you can even get it through the VA site.
However, as others have pointed out, it' available cheaper through other sites, sites that charge significantly cheaper or no booking/cc surcharge fee.
There's no bargain to be had here.Your better off investing ur money in WEB stock. Good business plan: Make commission on flights AND charge suckers an outrageous service fee!
and about $100 in Webjet fees.
